白家香辣水煮鱼调料精选朝天椒,泡椒,青花椒等优质特色原料,采用秘制配方工艺炒制而成。辣椒红亮养眼,辣而不燥;花椒清香喜人,麻而不苦;烹饪出的水煮鱼口感嫩滑,油而不腻,鲜辣味美令人垂涎,吃上一口格外的唇齿留香。亦可烹饪鸡,鸭,牛,羊等菜品。
烹调方法:
(这包调料适用于大约1kg的鱼(整条鱼包括鱼骨)或 500g 的鱼肉)
1. 用腌鱼料包加入少量料酒(花雕酒或白米酒)将鱼肉腌制 (10分钟左右)
2. 加入调味包和大约700ml的清水(可以高汤代替)
3. 加入备好的鱼肉煮约2-3分钟。
4. 把鱼肉和汤盛入碗内,撒上干料包
5. 烧热150g的热油浇淋上去,最后依造个人口味撒上适量香菜和葱花。

Baijia SiChuan Fragrant & Spicy Fish Soup Base Seasoning is made of high-quality specialty ingredients such as Chaotian pepper, pickled pepper, green pepper and other carefully selected ingredients. When cooked with fish, this secret recipe results in a taste that is pleasantly fragrant, numbing but not bitter, spicy but aromatic. It tastes just as great with chicken, duck, beef, lamb or any type of meat.
Easy Preparations:
(This preparation suggests for 1kg of whole fish or 500g of fish fillet)
1. Marinate fish fillet with powder seasoning and a bit of Hua Diao wine or rice wine if preferred, for about 10-15 minutes.
2. Boil 700g of water and add in seasoning provided (add in fish bones, optional) and bring to boil again. You may use chicken or bone broth instead of water.
3. Add in the marinated fish fillet and cook until tender for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with dry ingredients.
5. Heat up 150g of oil, pour over the fish and garnish with some coriander or spring onion if you like and enjoy!
